4. Abracats strongly suggests that any male Bengals purchased from us be neutered. If purchasing a male for breeding purposes, please be advised that some uneutered males can become very hormonal, territorial and agressive when they reach sexual maturity. For safety reasons, we recommend declawing uneutered males at an early age (under 10 months of age) if these cats are going to be handled frequently or kept around children.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

This kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of arrival if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that the kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten of equal value or the entire purchase price will be refunded after the veterinarian certifies the health deficiency. Veterinary costs are not refundable. If no replacement is available at that time, seller has 6 months to furnish satisfactory replacement. The kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIP. *Unless the kitten is harmed due to owner neglect we will do everything possible to assist and fix any situation. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.
